This wine is an artful blend of international and indigenous grapes namely Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia, Istriana and Picolit. On the palate it is dry, with a roundness and complexity deriving from the different grapes making this wine. It matches first courses with truffles, fish dishes and poultry and is great with fresh salmon.
