The Dada Rouillac  red presents a beautiful dress of a purplish purple with purplish highlights. The nose is still marked by breeding, but aeration brings complex aromas of myrtle, humus, fresh mushrooms and black coffee. On the palate, the wine is crunchy despite its structure: it is the black fruit, with notes of cherry, roasted pepper and beautiful tannins coated, which dominates. Long liquorice finish for this wine of immediate pleasure!
