Pale light yellow in colour with fine perlage. Delicately fruity, slightly aromatic bouquet. Well balanced and light body. Harmonic at the taste. Excellent as an aperitif, it is a perfect accompaniment to hors-d’oeuvres and delicate fish courses. Also wonderful with fish and shellfish.
